General terms and conditions of sale

Upon sale, Pierre Farel transfers to the Buyer the physical medium of the Artwork. The Buyer's rights to the Artwork are limited to private use, excluding any right of public performance or reproduction. Pierre Farel retains moral rights to the Artwork sold, as well as rights related to its reproduction and public performance.

All reproduction rights, even partial, are prohibited in all countries. Article 112-1, paragraph 7 of the French Intellectual Property Code considers books, brochures, photographs, drawings, paintings, sculptures, engravings, and lithographs to be works of the mind, and therefore protected works. Reproductions or copies of these works made without the authors' consent are considered counterfeit, and copiers and distributors may be subject to criminal penalties under Article L 335-2 et seq. of the same code.

All even partial reproduction rights are prohibited for any country Article 112-1, subparagraph 7 of the code of the Intellectual Property regards as works of the spirit, and thus protected works, the books, booklets, photographs, the work of drawing, painting, sculpture, engraving and lithography. The reproductions or copies of these works carried out without the agreement of the authors are comparable with counterfeits, and the copiers and diffusers can be penally repressed according to the article L 335-2 and following same code.

The court of Ajaccio shall have sole jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
